Beneficial Fats & Oils


Rich in Vitamin D, A, E, B12 & K2, plus a little Iodine. These fats are vital for nerve function, brain health, thyroid and immune support.

Olive Oil:

Excellent source of beneficial fatty acids. Plus Vitamins E & K. These, plus other nutrients function as antioxidants which help decrease inflammation and may lower your risk for heart disease. Best used in its natural state as opposed to heat.

Sesame Seed Oil:

Rich source of Vitamin “T” which supports the anemic patient. It is a good source of tyrosine, an amino acid that helps produce serotonin, our natural mood enhancer.

Peanut Oil:

A nice blend of all the omegas or essential fatty acids. They are called essential because they are not manufactured in our body yet are vital for our health.

Avocado Oil:

This oil provides Vitamins C, E & K plus several B vitamins. We tend to “use up” our B vitamins so we must eat foods to maintain our B stores. Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin that helps with tissue repair, cardiovascular function, hormonal function & more!

Coconut Oil:

Antiparasitic, antibacterial & antifungal.It can be used as a natural sunscreen, free of all the toxic chemicals found in over-the-counter sunscreens.

FlaxSeed Oil:

Plant based source of Omega 3 fatty acid. Helps support skin & hair integrity. Is an excellent source of Vitamin B6.

Fats act as a protective barrier around each cell which helps decrease inflammation. Healthy fats do not cause weight gain! Healthy fats are vital for normal brain function,natural hormone production and cell protection. Fats help maintain normal blood sugar levels.
